Does anyone have a good reference for the geometry of a Francis vane impeller?  I've seen information on their performance characteristics.  How do you design an impeller to get these characteristics?

RE: Francis vane impeller geometry

See my reply in Thread407-12602. This is my third response to this query? How many more threads did you put it in?

RE: Francis vane impeller geometry

There were four or five.  Three or four in the pumps forum and one in the Solidworks forum.  I posted the thread yesterday and didn't get any replies.  Today, I did a search for "Francis Vane" in the pump forum.  It came up with four threads.  I went and read them.  It looked like the people on the threads might be able to help.  I added my request to the threads (I think only three).  The solidworks forum thread was discovered through a Yahoo search.

This was my first use of this forum.  I wasn't quite sure how to use it.  I'll try to be more efficient (and patient) next time.

Sorry for any inconveience.
