SNL - could not read Globetrotter dongle id number

(OP)
We just upgraded our server from WINNT to WIN2003.

When I am running thru the SNL-wizard on the new server, I first receive this error....

"Set-up has detected the following unsupported processor/OS configuration: i386/5.2
-The following is req'd
alpha or x86
win2k, winnt 4.0 or win98/95"

I proceed anyway, then receive this error......

"Could not read the Globetrotter dongle ID number"

I was told by my reseller that win2003 is ok to use and my dongle is in place. My dongle id matches the dongle id in the license file as well.

Any ideas on what my problem could be.
