need a weight match blade program

(OP)
I want to balance a turbine rotor. I will weigh the blades. Then I wanted to find a program that would calculate the placement of the 92 blades per row X 3 onto the rotor shaft. I once worked for GE and saw one of my fellow employees use a similar program to calculate each blade’s position (based on the weight of the blade) on the rotor shaft to achieve a balanced rotor. Any leads or info you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
