Beginner - grouping features in Wildfire
Beginner - grouping features in Wildfire
(OP)
I feel rather silly asking this! I'm trying to group two cuts together.
The ProE help tells me to use the Edit>Group function.
Trouble is, there is no Group function on the Edit pull down!
Can I enable this function? Or is the Help file out of date and the group command has moved?
Any pointers much appreciated

You can also do it in the model tree, highlight the features then right mouse button , group will be in the pop up menu.

Thats how I thought it should work, but when I select objects and right click, only the following options are displayed: Next, Previous, Pick From List, Delete, Suppress, Edit & Hide.
Group isn't shown at all (not even greyed out).

"Wildfires are dangerous, hard to control, and economically catastrophic."
"Fixed in the next release" should replace "Product First" as the PTC slogan.

When the science of forestry was young, foresters saw only the harm that forest wildfires do. Today they also see the good they can do, if properly controlled.
Wildfires, are nature's way of renewing the forest. Wildire clears away both old trees and the forest floor, exposing the mineral soil, which is the ideal seed bed for a number of trees, and to enable the forest to recover stronger than before.
A bit like Pro/Engineer?
My cup is half full should be Ben Loosli's slogan.
