Machinery design Load Service factors - looking for good references on apply structural steel design to machine design (ie frames, equipment support). Have some industry specific codes (ie overhead cranes) that address welding & beam design.

Looking for stress allowables for bending, shear & bearing, etc.

Design of Welded Structures
Design of Weldments
that might be what you are looking for. Any specific question?

I agree with schneidsue. The books by Blodgett are an excellent reference for structural steel design.
