I am looking for a plastic clmaping fixture that can accomidate a large range of products (2"x2"x2" thru 6"x6"x6"). Clamped in one direction is ok.

I assume you are making plastic parts and not using a clamping fixture made of plastic.
What kind of process are you going to do?

Do you want to build it yourself or buy it.
One approach is a tooling plate with dowel holes and tapped holes and utilize dowel pins as locators and pads to raise the part off the plate. You could use std toe clamps or or edge clamps.
Precision vises are also an option and I have used quick change vise jaws on a Kurt Vise. I've used multiple vises on long shafts.
