BOM baloons

BOM baloons

BOM baloons

(OP)
Hi Thanks for former answers. It was very helpful.

I have problem with BOM baloons.
I have main view (Top) of an assembly and two general section views.

Procedure:
I select a part (right click) and "Create BOM baloon"
I select view and there is a baloon.

Problem:
But... Arrow-heads are not atached to the right part on the view.
Arrow-heads are sometimes in side drawing format and sometimes outside.
I tried with "Clean BOM baloon" and "Edit Attachment" options but it doesnt work.

In the most cases I cant move arrow-heads.
How can I put arrow-heads on the right position on the drawing (right section of the particular part)????????

RE: BOM baloons

What version of Pro/E are you using - 2001, WF1 or WF2
Texaspete.

I use WF1

RE: BOM baloons

You might need to select a type of attachment such as on surface or on edge for the leader so that you can choose what kind of geometry you want to attach to.

In previous versions if on edge was the original choice you had to pick on surface and then pick a part surface.
