RE: BS EN 60204 CABLE COLOURS ?
While CENELEC have standard colours may countries have exceptions
e.g. UK:- Red, Yellow, Blue, Black, Green/Yellow (L1,L2,L3, N, PE)
Ireland (and most of the rest of the CENELEC countries)
Brown, Red, Yellow, Blue, Green/Yellow (L1,L2,L3, N, PE)
BUT
From the end of this year the colour codes will finally be finalised in Europe (including our English collegues)
to: Brown, Black, Grey, Blue, Green/Yellow (L1,L2,L3, N, PE)
I assume when you mention BS EN that your application is in the UK. So you should use Red, Yellow, Blue, Black, Green/Yellow until the CENELEC paneuropean colour code is formally issued

Murphy
