I assume you are looking for corrosion guides? Other people probably have better guides, but http://
has a pretty comprehensive list of chemicals and their compatibility with some metals, alloys and polymers.
If you have a specific fluid in mind, you should be able to find incompatability charts, or specific charts that would give you more detail on the degree of impact it will have on various other substances.

To be sure what material to choose in your specific application you should perform corrosion tests.

Trace components can make a big difference in the corrosiveness of a mixture. And it's one of the most difficult to quantify, especially for a new process or with changing feedstocks.
