Modify a sketch

I am using NX2 and I am trying to modify a sketch which is already extruded and I am having an error saying "The selected objects are not supported by this operation".
How can I modify the sketch without deleting the extruded body?
Thanks

RE: Modify a sketch

You can't delete curves in a sketch that is used as a string in one or more features, e.g. Extrude.
Create the extra needed curves in the sketch, choose add/remove objects from string, using shift-MouseButton 1 to remove objects and MB 1 to add objects.
Make sure your string as closed if it was closed before the edit, then choose "update model" or exit sketch which will also update the model.

After the update, you can remove unused objects from within the sketch.

Thanks for your reply, but under which menu can I find the "Add/Remove objects from string"?

RE: Modify a sketch

Sorry that was not obvious, but while in the sketch, choose "Edit, edit defining string"

This brings up a list of features that use the sketch.
Highlight the feature in question (not needed if there only is one) and then use MB1 and shift-MB1 to add and remove string objects (individual curves)
