Converting files

(OP)
My question is, do i need a specific program to convert caad files with the extention of .xsc, .drn and i am  getting these files of the web. when i try to open these files it goes to the cad program but it says to verify the existence of the path.
I'm pretty much lost when converting files to dwg files. i Know how to convert dgn files to dwg files but i never seen these extentions before.
i'm using autocad 14
any suggestions will be much appreciated!
