RE: How to find freelance HVAC design engineering work?

1) learn to spell

2) learn about grammar

3) If you are P Eng then I suggest you announce the fact on your website. If you aren't you'd better get rid of all references to engineer on it.

Seriously, if you can't error check your own website why the hell would I assume you error check your calculations?

Cheers

RE: How to find freelance HVAC design engineering work?

Once you've taken care of Greg's suggestions, I suggest attacking the website layout itself.  Anytime I go to a "professional's" website and see pop-up ads (such as your Google ads), I immediately hit the 'X' in the upper right corner of the browser.  Nothing says "UNprofessional" like someone who refuses to pay $80/year for a web host that doesn't require you to display pop-up ads.

Then, put a touch of unobtrusive color in there... all black and white websites bore the reader, so they never make it through to the end (where your resume resides).  Make the address easier to read.  Don't make mention of a Fax # if you don't actually list the #.

I'm tired... maybe the next person will list some more problems readily found at the site.
