Cv values for two and three ways valves

Cv values for two and three ways valves

Cv values for two and three ways valves

(OP)
Hello.

I need Cv values for two and three ways, proportional, temperature controlled valves. I have some information but is very old, is just a little table that I fund in old specifications.

I am working in impovements in a water chilled air conditioning system, we have to replace the old R12 water chillers for brand new ones an makes improvements in the control system. I am checking the piping and making calculations for the new loads.

Someone knows were can I find this Cv Values (manufacturers, web pages, online brochures, etc.)???.

Thank you.

RE: Cv values for two and three ways valves

www.belimo.com for example.

RE: Cv values for two and three ways valves

Any given manufacturer can have several Cv options for a given control valve of a given connection size.  So in order to figure out what you have now, or to select new ones, you really need to get the numbers from the valve manufacturer (Johnson Control, Belimo, etc.).
