I need to generate the porfile for a 24 DP. 3/4 dia. 17 tooth x 30 deg. PA internal spline.
Is there a list of dxf. files already created or is there a program (like I have on Solid Works for gears) that I can create this?

RE: Involute splines

If you have maintenance on GearTrax, they should be able to provide the spline info.

Thanks EdDanzer for the help. We downloaded a trial program of GearTrax and it helped us out excellent.

RE: Involute splines

You may want to check out rotary broaching for involute splines. If you plan ahead in design this can be a great time and money saver during production. Rotary broaching can accomplish internal and external splines. See the video at slatertools.com
