Tapered Cosmetic Threads?

Tapered Cosmetic Threads?

Tapered Cosmetic Threads?

(OP)
Hi all,

Is it possible to do a tapered cosmetic thread such that it looks correct when placed into a 2D drawing.....We have a lot of NPT and BSPT threads in our product range.

Thanks,
Lee

RE: Tapered Cosmetic Threads?

Hello,

I haven't found a way (Wildfire 2), but all we do is to create CURVES for the thread (CHEATING I KNOW) but it looks OK on the drawings.

Hope this helps.
