If I upgrade to a newer version of Solidworks, do I need to update my COSMOSWorks as well?  Currently running 2003, but am thinking of upgrading to solidworks 2005, do I need new cosmos as well?

RE: Version of Cosmos

No, at least not necessarily.

I've worked with different versions of SW and CosmosWorks, on a regular basis, with no problems. I guess that CW looks at the geometry, not the features. So I never found any incompatibility or errors. But you should be prepared that problems can appear in some studies (after all, this is an unsupported situation).
