Please some one guide how to come out of this situation

(OP)
Since you people here are much experienced, can you take out a moment and share your experiences and advice starters like me what a fresher who has taken training in CATIA V5 should do to find a job. All companies want some experience and without that they don’t consider even.
I have good hold of CATIA V5 and am confident to prove sucessful but where to get that break!
Its like chicken and egg situation, a very vicious circle.
Are there some companies giving inhouse experience before placing. Does CATIA /Dassault Systemes have that facility.
Please some one guide how to come out of this situation.
Thanks in advance.

RE: Please some one guide how to come out of this situation

If you are a degreeed engineer you should have no problem finding a job knowing CATIA V5.
Most aircraft plants are looking for people with these qualifications.
