Is this chip possible?
(OP)
Is it possible to combine on a single chip:
220 AC SCR + HV FET+
IR diode + op.amp +
some logic with at least 1 bit of flash memory ?

RE: Is this chip possible?
You might, however, be able to get sub-portions of them on custom or COTS chips and put them on a hybrid. There are supposedly companies that can do low-run custom hybrids.

RE: Is this chip possible?
I have in mind a product with a very large volume.
I don't have experience with price-critical mass production. Do you think hybrid would be better?
The logic is simple, less than 200 gates.

RE: Is this chip possible?
220 AC SCR --> should be available in die form
HV FET --> should be available in die form
IR diode --> should be available in die form
op.amp --> should be available in die form
some logic --> should be available in die form
least 1 bit of flash memory --> should be available in die form
as contrasted with paying someone to develop a process that does most of the above and designing your own chip.

RE: Is this chip possible?
If you look in consumer electronic data sheets and / Or control electronics, also power semiconductor, you will find most of it in industry standered modules.
Solid State Relay = a triac (for AC applications or SCR for DC) with opto (IR) gate control
Power supply monitoring and control have some small current SCR and a comparator, some with latch.
The only thing I have not heard about yet is the falsh memory being added, but it should not be a problem to add.
A one bit memory could utilize ANY technology, provided that we are handling 50Hz, and a high speed responce is not exected to be a prime concern.
If size and speed is not a problem, I saw some miniture relays have this "memory" action as they "toggle" and have two coils one to make and other to break, They are a must in some old telephony where power off and transits shold not disturb the connections made and, an intended action is a must to change a state.
