Center Marks on Drawing in Solidworks 2005

Center Marks on Drawing in Solidworks 2005

(OP)
I ran across a bug while working on some center marks in Solidworks 2005. If you have a view that has been rotated on a drawing and you create a detail view off of the rotated view any center marks created in the detail view will "disappear" when the view is moved or the drawing is closed and reopened. The way I found to work around this problem is to create a saved view orientation in the model/assembly of the view you want to show in the drawing. This way you don't have to rotate the view while it is on the drawing and the detail view will show it's center lines.
