Question about a snow load.

Question about a snow load.

Question about a snow load.

(OP)
Dear Sirs
Can You provide me some help?
The question is about snow load.
In accordance with section 5. (p.5.1.4) Load arrangements of building design specifications “Eurocode 1-Basis of design and action on structures-Part2-3:Actions on structures- Snow loads. ENV 1991”, reduction in the snow load on the roof may be permitted by the introduction of values exposure coefficient less then 1.0,to take into account of the effect of more severe wind conditions.
What does it means”severe wind conditions”?
How can we define these conditions, by what means, methodic or design specifications?
Wait for your replay.
Regards
Yours truly,
Igor Volin
