Is it possible to print the entire screen, including the toolbars or text boxes?  I am trying to create a training manual for project and graphic examples would be extremely helpful!

RE: printing

Use the PrtSc (Print Screen) key on your keyboard. This puts an image of the entire screen in the Windows Clipboard. Paste from the clipboard into Word or what ever.
A good idea is to annotate the picture with arrows or ellipses etc using image editing software to help the user and then place the Image into your manual.

RE: printing

And if you want to edit the picture a bit, paste it into Paint, then with the finished picture, paste it back to the clipboard for final paste into whatever publishing tool you're using.  I like to use Paint first for it sometimes easier to highlight/draw a circle around something I want to draw attention to in the picture vs. the publishing tool.
