Found this when i've recently installed SW05 ,I am in my drawing and the text in my titleblock will not move for me freely it justs jumps about as if a snap seems to be turned on and I cant position it where i want to.Is there a setting to change this ?.Has anyone came across this

You might try holding down the Alt key while moving the text.

Go to Tools > Options > Document properties > Grid/Snap then make selections from those available.
