Solid Fill Problem on a Logo

Solid Fill Problem on a Logo

Solid Fill Problem on a Logo

(OP)
Hi,

I drew up our company logo and used the Area Hatch/Fill command to fill in some of the areas.  When I make the logo into a block, half of the solid area goes away.  Also, when I make a window around the logo and the solid to select for a move, the lines will move but only portions of the solid fill will move.  I would appreciate any help I can get.

Thanks,
Lori

RE: Solid Fill Problem on a Logo

also sounds like a display problem. What hardware/memory/etc are you running?

I am running the following:

XP Pro
Dell Precision 450
Xeon 2.8 G Processor
NVIDIA Quadro FX 1000 Video

RAM? Should have minimum 1 GB, 2 GB preferred. I had not much luck with a pc while back with Xeon, I use Intel P4,minimum 3.4 processor from now on.

I have 2G of RAM.

I would convert your logo into a BMP or other graphic file format for use in the title block.  SW has to spend time to draw all those little hatch segments.
