Can you mirror sheetmetal features

Can you mirror sheetmetal features

Can you mirror sheetmetal features

(OP)
I have modeled up half of a sheetmetal part using the SW sheetmetal features.  Can I mirror the sheetmetal features to make a symmetrical part?  And can it be fully unfolded when done?  The standard mirror button does not seem to function with the sheetmetal part as it does when a part is modeled using the standard extrude method.

RE: Can you mirror sheetmetal features

Depends what verion you are using.

I believe SW2005 now does this, prior versions could not.

I'm using SW2004.  We're waiting a few service packs this go around.  The last version upgrade required us to spend alot upgrading our hardware.

Thanks for your help.

RE: Can you mirror sheetmetal features

In the mirror function, expand the "Body" menu and mirror body. This should work for 2004. 2005 added the ability to mirror some individual sheetmetal features such as flanges.
