I'm lookin for a boiler level control system for our small 1500 Psi rated boiler.

We need to have high and low level pump cut out and start and low level heater element shut off.

Who manufacters small components for these pressures?

Thanks
Scalleke

How much money you want to spend?

I hate spending lots of money.

But then again We must have something reliable.

We had an offer for a system at 20 K$ that I found so much that I want to look for something cheaper.

Thanks again.

RE: HP (1500 Psi) Level Controls

Search for boiler mfrs and ask,
send information on how big is your boiler in pph, water conductivity to decide whether electronic sensors can be used; ultrasonics or float switches.; it is a very simple system it just the pressure makes it expensive but it can be done cost effective.
