Hi.

Were can i find some shematics to a bldc sensorless motor?
It would be nice if it a simple desing. The motor is an old car generator an running with 12V

What dose VFD means?

Sorry, no idea for the bldc motor...But a VFD is a Variable frequency drive!!

I hope that description of brushless DC motor controller with Back-EMF sensing (i.e. sensorless)is exactly that you looking for. See for example 8902-A Data Sheet.
