Pro-Intralink - duplicate object attribute

(OP)
Hi peeps,

I've had a guy at PTC scratching his head for the past 3 days over this one!

Pro/Intralink V3.3: pro/admin
I have an object attribute - "Drawn_by" and a list of values, namely engineers initials.

Somehow I have a duplicate entry in the list "RP", now when I try and add a new user to this list I get an error message saying "RP is a duplicate in the list of attributes" and it wont let me do it.

Does anybody know how to rectify this?

There is an sql script to delete an attribute only if it is not used anywhere, unfortunately "RP" is used all over the place so no use.
