We just moved to Inventor 9 and we had all our dimension styles set as we needed them. Now when we start a new drawing we get all these new styles like BSI, DIN, GB, ISO, JIS, XXXBigText and things like that. We want to PURGE these as we don't and won't use them BUT Inventor says they are all IN USE so it won't let us. Not only is it terrible that the dimension style doesn't hold to the last style used and reverts back to BY STANDARD every time (like if you're doing isometric dimensioning with a set style and then put in a note it doesn't go back to the style you were last using, it reverts back to BY STANDARD) but now we have this clutter-mess that you have to wade thru to find the style you want!!!
Anyone have any ways around this short of switching to SolidWorks? :O)
Thanks!
