calculation of liquid-film thickness

calculation of liquid-film thickness

calculation of liquid-film thickness

(OP)
Dear friends

i searched many papers and books, and also internet

for a formula to calculate liquid-film thickness in two
phase(liquid-gas), annular-mist  flow in the pipes

if any one can provide me with this formula ,i will be very thankfull

thanks

RE: calculation of liquid-film thickness

How many components(ie, steam vapor and condensed water)?

RE: calculation of liquid-film thickness

(OP)
they are oil and natural gas ,like in any field pipeline which transmits this mixture .

i used a mechanistic model published in JCPT (1997),

"A MECHANISTIC MODEL FOR MULTIPHASE FLOW IN PIPES"

but they dont mentioned how to evaluate liquid-film thickness in annular-mist  flow,and liquid height in stratified flow.

i would be very appreciated if you could provide me

with those formulas

thanks
