Seeking 2.5mm wire coated with conductive plastic

Seeking 2.5mm wire coated with conductive plastic

(OP)
Hi all,
I am developing a product and need a source for 2.5mm wire coated with volumetrically conductive plastic for use within a concrete wall.
The reason I desire this material is that it is not subject to corrosion as would be standard wire when imbedded in a damp concrete wall.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Jon

RE: Seeking 2.5mm wire coated with conductive plastic

It might end up more expensive than stainless steel wire.

How much do you need.

I can put you in contact with a source of conductive plastic suitable for cable coating, and possibly in contact with a cable or wire coater.

Cable or wire coating machines normally run very fast, so nthere is a lot of wastage on start up, therefore short runs are difficult, or at least expensive.
