Can somebody direct me to a source of strength of materials data for elevated temperatures in the 600 deg F and above range?

THe ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section II provides allowable stresses for many grades of materials at elevated temps.  The criteria used for stress determination is also provided.  So, you many be able to "back into" some of the info you seek.

also, API std 560 has some temperature-strenght data for materials used in that area (heaters for refinery service)

There is an ASM publication,

It contains lots of real data and it has been evaluated.
