It's too late for comments, they were due by September 20, but I finally found the download for the second public draft of the forthcoming combined ASD / LRFD Manual. The link for the free .pdf download is in the press release:

It doesn't hurt to submit comments anyway if you have some and think they're important.  They're sure to still be reviewing what they're received so far.  (The worst that'll happen is you'll be ignored.)

Does anyone have any links to nominal strength standards for steel construction in tensile and compression members?  I would appreciate it thanks
