How to desin a Jacketed vessel ? (made of Nickel)

(OP)
I'am on the process of designing a small jacketed vessel (1000 Lts capacity), operating a highly basic solution.

Is there any internet source on designing JACKETED VESSELS ? (With thermic liquid heating ).

Or if any one could provide me with an idea / procedure, I would be really greatful !

Thankyou !

RE: How to desin a Jacketed vessel ? (made of Nickel)

shankerm,
The design should be performed by a Pressure Vessel Designer/Engineer who would know the methods to employ. If you are Chemical Engineer don't take it on.

Dimpled jacket? half pipe? what max temp and pressure? does it need to be rated for vaccuum service?
You have enough work identifying the process conditions.  Don't take on the vessel design too.

These people do a lot of jacketed vessel work, trust them.

Corrosion never sleeps, but it can be managed.
