how do i calculate the time it would take to dump the contents of a fuel tank to another tank by means of gravity

To reasonably approximate the time AND
If it is simply the flowing of liquid from one tank to another:
Pressure (atmospheric??)above both liquids. That is, are both tanks vented such that a back pressure will not result during transfer.
Initial level of both liquids.
Flow resistance between both tanks.
Initial volume of liquid in both tanks.
Shape of both tanks (Area vs. level)
