Removing or Cavity

Is there a way you can remove/cavity one model from another using Inventor 9. Much the same way as Solidworks has a cavity tool.?

RE: Removing or Cavity

Thanks Sean I have manage to use derived parts with no problem, and I have derived a surface to create a mould, I thought there would be an easier way, like the cavity command in solidworks,

I can't see anywhere, where to subtract a component from another, or join even. It does mention this in the help, but has no tutorials.

Unfortunately your website says "coming soon"?
