What is the most cost effective 2” isolation valve for a drain?

Fluid:  water / sand / gas mix.
Pressure: 2220 psi

There will be a globe valve upstream of the isolation valve that will be shut in first so the problem of the fluid cutting the seat of the isolation will be minimized.

RE: Valve for water, sand, and gas mixture

CRG,
I would recommend a plug valve for mixture with sand.  One manufacturer would be Nordstom with valves up ANSI CL2500 and API 5000. There may be others at lower cost.

RE: Valve for water, sand, and gas mixture

I suggest that a hard faced ball valve from ValveTechnologies would be the best solution. I have used these on 75% solids fly ash at 15000 kPa.
