BSCE vs BSCET

BSCE vs BSCET

BSCE vs BSCET

(OP)
I am looking into going back to school for a BS in Computer Engineering. I went to a technical college for my AS in Electrical Engineering Technology. The education was great but I want to make sure I am not limiting myself by getting a BSCET degree instead of BSCE.

How important is it to get a BSCE? Does the BSCET degree limit you in any way?

RE: BSCE vs BSCET

Datto,

The main difference between a BSCE and BSCET or BSEE and BSEET is that the Technology degrees are engineering degrees without all the complex math.  It really depends on what type of areas of engineering you are wanting to do.  Hope this helps.
