Rendering in Microstation

(OP)
I have a pretty complex model of my building.  When I set up a camera and target script to rotate around a room, that works fine.  My problem is when I go to do the rendering.  I have applied a transparent material to a couple of the walls to show important items behind them.  When I do a still shot, or render it is transparent and just fine.  But when I hit the record a script command and send it out to jpg files.  It sets the walls to a solid, and is no longer transparent.  Has anybody come across this, and may know of a solution.

Thanks in advance.
