We will be using Potassium Permanganate for our scrubber. Any suggestions in handling this chemical as it is hazardous and safety to personnel is very sensitive for this.

if you employer does not have them, then the supplier of the chemical or the internet is a good source

The greater hazard is likely the material after it absorbed the H2S, etc.
