Changing Schedule Variance calculation

Changing Schedule Variance calculation

Changing Schedule Variance calculation

(OP)
I need to display schedule slip calculated in calendar days. My project calendar is set up in work days (5 day weeks, 8 hour days).

Is there a way to display slip in calendar days on the table portion of the GANTT view? I have used the "Schedule Varience" selection, but the calculation is apparently based on the 5-day work schedule associated with the project.

RE: Changing Schedule Variance calculation

TO get a calendar day duratio instead of a working day duration I use elapsed days, put an "e" in front of the duration units. You might be able to use this in some way, I haven't tried it but I thought it might be useful.
