PDMWorks Options Not Retained

PDMWorks Options Not Retained

(OP)
Hi all - one of our users has just received a brand new workstation with Windows XP SP1, and has noticed that his PDMWorks Client Option settings are not retained after he restarts the computer.

There is only one profile on the machine besides the administrator profile, and that profile has administrator rights as well.  PDMWorks is the only program that appears to do this - Solidworks retains the settings just fine.

Any thoughts?

Srm77,
I see not reason why you should not be able to keep your PDMWorks Client Options. Call your VAR on this one. Please let us know what you find out, this will be interesting.
Thanks.

Bradley

I pointed out the "Save Settings as Default" checkbox, and problem was solved.
