Looking for Ion Implanter Cleaning Service

Looking for Ion Implanter Cleaning Service

Looking for Ion Implanter Cleaning Service

(OP)
Hi All,
I'm looking for a cleaning service that can handle Parts from an Ion Implanter. These would include Analyzer chambers, Len's & Scanner assy's, and other implanter parts that get coated with beam residue. I live in northern calif and it seems like companies that used to provide clean on longer do. I've search the WEB and continue to do so but I haven't hit yet. I'll keep looking but would like to know if anyone out there has a recommendation.

RE: Looking for Ion Implanter Cleaning Service

Hi Elf,

I know of a couple of companies in Europe.  OMC Scientific with facilities in Scotland and Ireland is one, and Metron Support in Scotland is another.  These guys may have North American outlets.  Try a search on the web for those guys.

Hi Giblet,
Thanks for the response. I found one on the east coast that would be able to clean the parts. I don't have the name in mind now but I can get it if you need it.
                         Thanks       -elf

Hi Guys,
Do you know the name of that place on the East coast? I need to get a waveguide for an 80-10 sandblasted or cleaned and am looking for a place to do it.
Thanks
Splat

Hi Splat,
Those are normally scrapped clean in the system and the graphite replaced. Removing them is quite a job and probably not worth the effort. However http://www.semiconprecision.com/tech_page.htm will take you to a company that can clean that part.
