Condenser leakage using BEAMA
Condenser leakage using BEAMA
(OP)
Hi All.... first time user here.
There is a method of estimating condenser air leakage based solely on the LBS/HR. load to the condenser. It is an empirical formula, tends to be conservative at small sizes.
Can anyone refresh my memory. Last time I used it was about 4 years ago and don't have my notes...
Thanks.

If you want an idea of what the limits should be look at the ASME PTC-12.2 for condensers. It gives limits that you should be below before you embark on prefromance testing.

Corrosion never sleeps, but it can be managed.
