Dimension Coloring

Dimension Coloring

Dimension Coloring

(OP)
Two simple questions

Where do I change the color of a dimension or note in a drawing? and can I set it to keep using that color for new dimensions?

Thanks

RE: Dimension Coloring

Another option might be to use LAYERS on your drawings.

RE: Dimension Coloring

Or, open your Line Format toolbar, select what you want to change color, select the color icon on your toolbar. Select the desired color.

RE: Dimension Coloring

Layers is easiet. Create a layer in your drawing template called "Dimensions" "Dims" "Annoatations" etc... and make it the active layer. Set it's color, line weight, etc.. Save out your template.

Now all new drawings will have those dimensions that you add placed on that layer.
