A4 - Stainless Fasteners, How Big?

The title pretty much asks my question,

How big can you get with these fasteners?

Would like to get M30 bolts

RE: A4 - Stainless Fasteners, How Big?

No reason you can't have M30 A4 stainless fasteners, you just won't find them in any stockists that's all. As the size is uncommon, it would be a special job for a manufacturer.

RE: A4 - Stainless Fasteners, How Big?

Are you looking for a particular length? Full or Partial Thread? And are we talking a hex bolt? As Yates said, this is a standard metric size but the A4 makes the availability a lot more challenging. But before I would go so far as to say it isn't stock anywhere I would need to know the above.

Hi Paskenell,

Hex Head, Total Shank Length ~100mm, partial thread length ~ 60mm.

Not limited to metric sizes (would be nice), but if a similar imperial size is more readily available then perhaps we might look at that.

Using SS is not a must for this application, but if they are readily available it is a good option.
