Most/Least Interesting E.E. Job

Most/Least Interesting E.E. Job

Most/Least Interesting E.E. Job

(OP)
This is just a new version of "where to go" thread.
After looking at "Most/Least Intersting MechE Job", I have a thread to use as comparison.
What I really wanted from my previous "where to go" thread was something like "Most/Least Interesting MechE job" but  related to Electronic/Computer/Control/Algorithm/RF/MWave/Aerospace/ecc..
I hope this thread will take off as my previous one.

RE: Most/Least Interesting E.E. Job

I am confused. Your subject says EE. I guess you want to know the most/least interesting job for an ME working in the industries you mentioned. True?

RE: Most/Least Interesting E.E. Job

(OP)
E.E. is for Electrical/Electronical (engineering)
Just as IEEE means (Institute of Electrical and Electronical Engineering).

RE: Most/Least Interesting E.E. Job

Just for an EE (ignoring your mechanical comments), my personal experience says that power is the most boring (versus product design). I have had a decent amount of experience in both but the power (generation, transmission, and distribution) is the most boring to me. This, of course, is probably an area that some EE's like. I like building things from scratch not merely specifying parts that someone else has designed.

RE: Most/Least Interesting E.E. Job

One man's meat is another man's poison.

That question really needs to be answered by YOU.  What will make you leap out of bed 30 years from now to go to work?
