Removing lime scale in PVC pipe

Removing lime scale in PVC pipe

(OP)
I have a 1400 foot 8" pvc pipe that has about 1" of scale build up on the inside of the pipe from a lime precipitation process. Numerous 90 degree elbows make it impossible to "jet" and I don't think pigging would be effective.  I'm thinking about saturating the pipe with HCl but I'm concerned about pressure build up.  Any ideas or referals for company's that are in this business would be appreciated.
