howcanI make a "custom" footer show up in the footer dialog box?

At one time I made a custom footer, that shows up in the dialog box, but now I want it changed and cant find how to change it.  Every time I start a new file, the old custom footer comes up in the dialogbox, so I change it to the way I need it now, and print and it stays with the file.  I've also saved that file as a template and started new files with that format, but the old footer keeps showing up without the new one.

File/print - Header and Footer.

Is that what your looking for?

BOBORUSH,
Do you want this drop down to show in every SW file as a default? If so, I would change your templates to do this. I know once you set your options in under print, the data is stored until someone changes it. I use the 11 x 17 print size as my drawing default. This is realy a nice option in SW 2004. I hope SW2005 has the same stored print options.
