Thermal Fault Finding

(OP)
After years of being in the power generation service business I am considering expanding my companys capabilities to include Infared Thermal Imaging Surveys/Fault Finding & Preventative Maintenance by utilizing an infared camera capable of producing a detailed report and picture if available.

We already do Cable, Circuit Breaker, Load and Acceptance (NETA) testing and was wondering if anyone in the electrical community has had any good/bad experiences with IR or could offer some general advice on some possible IR cameras designed specifically for use in the electrical field.  Most equipment to be tested would be Panel/Junction Boxes, Automatic/Manual Transfer Switches/X-Formers and CB's

Thanks for your help!
Mike
