Question regarding text boxes in drawings

Question regarding text boxes in drawings

Question regarding text boxes in drawings

(OP)
Ok, here's my dilemma.  Our company uses a standard where the entire drawing is considered to be drawn on the date of the drawing's release by engineering, and modifications to any one sheet are covered by revision block.  Consequently, the dates on every sheet's title block for the drawn by, checked by, etc. entries will always be the same across any given document.

Now, in an 11 page document, that's a lot of entering dates to fill everything out.  What I'm looking for is a way to have SW look at the dates listed on the first page and then populate following pages with those dates.

Anyone have any ideas?

RE: Question regarding text boxes in drawings

Custom property in the drawing attached to a note in the drawing for all sheets. This would have to be setup in the sheet format. that away when a new sheet is added with that format you will automatically get the note in each sheet.

Thanks a lot.  That does the trick nicely.
